Your Complete User Agreement

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to open and operate a jj66 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use;
• Be a natural person (corporations, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold player accounts);
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jj66 or any affiliated gaming operator;
• Not be accessing jj66 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law, to the extent that such prohibition places the entire legal burden on the individual player.

2.2 Registration Process

To register on jj66, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any later stage.

jj66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documentation may result in suspension of your account and/or withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active jj66 account only. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by matching name, address, mobile number, CNIC, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms. jj66 will close all accounts associated with the same individual, retaining the oldest verified account at its sole discretion, and forfeiting any balances held in duplicate accounts.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jj66 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jj66 support staff will never request your password or OTP code. Any activity conducted under your jj66 account credentials is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your jj66 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jj66 support immediately via live chat. jj66 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jj66 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit proof of identity and age using your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Additional documentation may be requested where required by jj66's compliance procedures. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive when there has been no real-money login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jj66 reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee on dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity period has elapsed, as disclosed in jj66's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

jj66 currently accepts deposits via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (Tether cryptocurrency on the Tron blockchain). All deposits are received and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), except USDT which is converted at the prevailing rate at time of deposit.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on jj66 is PKR 100 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed on the deposit page within your jj66 account. jj66 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from jj66 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified alternative method following jj66's source-of-funds procedures;
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer timelines are subject to the respective bank's processing schedules;
• jj66 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any compliance, fraud, or account review initiated by jj66 or required by applicable regulations.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional credits offered by jj66 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available only to players with verified jj66 accounts in good standing;
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms;
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual bonus offer;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be cancelled along with any associated winnings;
• jj66 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in individual bonus terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or real-money balance outside of completing wagering requirements;
• jj66 reserves the right to void a bonus and any winnings derived from it if evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of wagering loopholes, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts is detected;
• Players who deposited without opting into a bonus may not retroactively claim a bonus on a deposit already processed.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on jj66 — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, fish shooting games, and sports betting markets — operate according to their respective published rules. jj66 integrates only games from internationally licensed and independently audited software providers. Random outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, the fairness of which is verified by independent third-party testing laboratories.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault during any jj66 game session, any bets placed during the malfunction period may be voided at jj66's discretion. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies to all game categories on jj66. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are not valid and will not be paid.

6.3 Sports Betting

In cases of dispute regarding bet settlement, jj66's published sportsbook rules and the decisions of jj66's trading team are final. Maximum payout limits apply per event and are specified within the jj66 sportsbook. In-play bets accepted after an event result has been determined will be voided.

6.4 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game or betting market. jj66 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts where unusual or automated betting patterns are detected, and may limit stakes without prior notice where required to protect the integrity of the platform.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on jj66:

• Fraudulent deposits: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a jj66 account;
• Money laundering: Use of jj66 for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any jj66 game, particularly poker-format games;
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with jj66 games;
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of jj66 bonus offers, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or arbitrage strategies designed to convert bonus funds to real money without genuine play;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after withdrawing corresponding funds from jj66;
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your jj66 account, whether for play or any other purpose;
• Underage play: Registering or playing on jj66 while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage person;
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or incorrectly posted odds to gain a financial advantage on jj66.

All content on the jj66 platform — including but not limited to the jj66 brand name, logo, game graphics, software code, website design, text, promotional material, and game content — is the intellectual property of jj66 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jj66 platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jj66 without prior written authorisation from jj66.

jj66's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jj66, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

jj66 collects personal data — including name, CNIC number, mobile number, payment details, and gaming activity records — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations. jj66 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. jj66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming conditions form part of these Terms:

• The minimum age to access any real-money feature on jj66 is 21 years. This is enforced through mandatory KYC verification;
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time reminders at any time within their jj66 account settings;
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their account will be restricted from real-money gaming activity;

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jj66;
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside jj66's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment network downtime, or force majeure events;
• Any decisions made by a Player to wager real money on jj66 — gambling involves inherent risk and jj66 does not guarantee any outcome;
• Technical malfunctions of third-party payment providers, mobile networks, or internet service providers affecting deposit or withdrawal processing times.

jj66's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90 days preceding the claim.

12.1 Suspension by jj66

jj66 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A KYC verification request has been issued and not satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity is detected or suspected on the account;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player or their payment provider;
• The account is subject to a compliance review required by jj66's regulatory obligations;
• jj66 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

During a suspension period, the Player's ability to deposit, withdraw, or wager may be restricted in full or in part. jj66 will endeavour to complete any account review within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate with the affected Player via their registered contact details.

12.2 Closure by jj66

jj66 may permanently close a player account where:

• The Player is found to have engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 7;
• The Player is determined to be under 21 years of age;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• The Player holds or has held duplicate jj66 accounts in violation of the One Account Policy;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jj66.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at jj66's discretion. Where closure is initiated by jj66 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any required compliance checks.

12.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

A Player may request voluntary closure of their jj66 account at any time by contacting jj66 support via live chat. Before closing, jj66 will process any eligible pending withdrawal of verified real-money balance. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request after a review period, provided no self-exclusion is in effect. Players who close their account while a self-exclusion period is active will not be able to reopen the account until the exclusion period expires.

jj66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect player rights, bonus conditions, payment policies, or account eligibility requirements — jj66 will notify affected players via their registered email address or mobile number, or by displaying a prominent notice on the jj66 platform, no less than seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

For minor or administrative amendments that do not materially affect Player rights, jj66 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jj66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the jj66 platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any eligible balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulatory framework under which jj66 operates internationally. jj66 operates under international gaming regulatory standards applicable to the jurisdiction of its operator registration.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jj66 arising from these Terms or the operation of the jj66 platform, the following resolution process applies:

jj66's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus adjudication, and technical malfunctions is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above. No legal proceedings may be initiated against jj66 before the internal complaint and escalation process has been fully exhausted.
